Charging Technology for e-mobility

From the charging station to the electric car: Our powerful CHARX products have been specially developed for e-mobility applications and cover the entire charging process. Along with HPC-capable charging inlets for electric vehicles, we supply almost all of the components for state-of-the-art charging points – from AC home chargers right through to CCS fast charging stations. This positions us as your powerful partner for networked and intelligent charging infrastructure with charging powers of up to 500 kW.

DC/DC converters and DC/AC inverters

DC/DC converters and DC/AC inverters are available for voltage conversion. With our DC/DC converters, you stabilize DC voltage, refresh the voltage at the end of long cables, and thus avoid malfunctions in your applications. Use our DC/AC inverter to convert direct current into alternating current.

Device circuit breakers

Device circuit breakers protect your equipment against overload and short-circuit currents and selectively shut down just the affected circuit in the event of a fault. To provide the ideal protection, our circuit breakers use various technologies: electronic, thermomagnetic, and thermal. Optimize your production process and minimize downtimes by using our overcurrent protection.

Interference suppression filters

Interference suppression filters and mains filters limit pulse-like, high-frequency interference voltages caused by mechanical or electronically triggered switching operations. If interference voltages are not limited, they spread via the cable network and electrically conductive connections. This can result in data errors, uncontrolled functions, and system crashes. Mains filters ensure an EMC-compliant power supply by limiting interference voltages.

Power distributors

The CrossPowerSystem power distributor is a modular and functional power distributor for power distribution in your control cabinet. Three-phase DIN rail devices are mounted on the power distributor via Plug and Play and supplied via the integrated busbar. With this power distributor system, devices from power supplies all the way to hybrid motor starters can be snapped onto the busbar without requiring any tools or cables.

Power Supplies

Supply your application reliably with our power supplies. Choose the ideal power supply that meets your needs from our wide range of different product families. The DIN rail power supply units differ with regard to their design, power, and functionality. They have been optimally tailored to the requirements of various industries, including the automotive industry, machine building, process technology, and shipbuilding.

Protective relays for reliable mains protection

Our comprehensive portfolio of protection technology enables reliable grid availability in the voltage ranges of 10 kV to 110 kV. The protective and control devices can be used in, for example, single and double busbar applications, as well as radial, looped, and meshed grids. They can also be used in insulated, compensated, rigid, and low-resistance grounded grids.

Redundancy modules

A redundancy module is used to decouple two power supplies and ensures the high availability and productivity of your system.

A redundant power supply is particularly necessary in applications with stringent demands regarding operational safety. A redundant system ensures that the failure of one power supply unit does not result in system downtime.

Surge protection

Surge protection refers to the protection of systems and electrical devices against excessively high voltage peaks caused by switching operations and lightning strikes. An effective lightning protection strategy combines internal and external lightning protection. Protect the power supplies, data, and signals in your system. Use the reliable surge protection solutions available in our various product ranges as part of your internal lightning protection strategy.

Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)

Mains interruptions can have serious consequences. Do not take any chances, you can rely on our uninterruptible power supply (UPS). A UPS supplies power even in the event of mains failure and protects your system against supply interruptions. We offer UPS solutions for DC and AC applications where the functionality and design are optimally tailored to the requirements of various different industries.
